Incorporated to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the woolscouring, yarn making, dyeing and finishing (bulk products/finished material/garments), carpets, knitting and hosiery (continuous fabric/garments), dry cleaning and laundry, apparel manufacture including embroidery, and sewn products industries for a further period of five years with effect from 25 September 2003 and approved, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, an extension of coverage for the Apparel and Textile Industry Training Organisation Incorporated to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the footwear manufacturing industry with effect from 1 January 2004.

Pursuant to section 72I (3) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Team Leader–Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products:

These airworthiness directives shall come into force on 27 November 2003.
