2. Public ruling BR Pub 03/07 entitled "Fishing quota and secondhand goods input tax credits" was issued on 12 November 2003. BR Pub 03/07 applies to a supply of fishing quota where the time of the supply occurs within three years from the date on which the ruling was signed. It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 15, No. 12, of December 2003.

Officers in the Dunedin City Council Authorised to Take Statutory Declarations

Pursuant to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, I hereby authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the service of the local authority specified in the Schedule below to take statutory declarations under the said Act.
