Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notice of Intention to Consider Granting a
Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87E (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990,
and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
29 March 2000, I give notice that, having received an
application from Airwork Holdings New Zealand Limited,
the Minister of Transport intends to consider granting a
Scheduled International Air Service Licence to that airline
to provide for return services between points in
New Zealand and Nadi without limitation as to frequency.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations
on this application must forward those representations in
writing to reach me at the Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box
3175, Wellington, on or before 5 December 2003.

Pursuant to section 82 (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990,
I, Harry Duynhoven, Associate Minister of Transport,
hereby designate
Rotorua Regional Airport at Rotorua (comprising all that
parcel of land containing 95.3180 hectares, more or less,
situated in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District, part Lot 1
on Deposited Plan S. 49938)
as a security designated aerodrome.
