From (NZMS 260-G39:350371) then following the main dividing ridge between the Ahuriri and Dingle Valleys via Birch Hill, Mt Gladwish at grid reference (NZMS 260-G39:367495) to Mt Rigel at grid reference (NZMS 260-G38:355633) then following the main dividing ridge between the Ahuriri Valley and the Hunter Valley via Mt Heim at grid reference (NZMS 260-G38:367651), Mt Barth at grid reference (NZMS 260-G38:383664), Mt Wyn Irwin at grid reference (NZMS 260-G38:397708) to Mt Huxley at grid reference (NZMS 260-G38:440765) then north-east along the main divide to Mt Sealy, then south along Ben Ohau Range to Flanagan Pass at grid reference (NZMS 260-H38:650620) then down the true left bank of Dorey Stream to Lake Ohau then following the western shore of Lake Ohau and down the true right bank of the Ohau River to Lake Ruataniwha then following the Ohau canal from Lake Ruataniwha to Lake Benmore then following the western shores of Lakes Benmore, Aviemore and Waitaki and then down the true right bank of the Waitaki River back to the mouth of the Kurow River.
All land encompassed by the following peripheral line:
From the mouth of the Koau Branch of the Clutha River upstream to the road bridge at Balclutha then following the true left bank of the Clutha River to where the Minzion Burn enters at grid reference (NZMS 260-G44:330954). Then in a direct line to Spylaw Hill (NZMS 260-G44:320896) then directly to the junction of Gorge and Westwood Roads east of Crookston then directly south-east to Trig point U (NZMS 260-G44:300746), then south to Trig point G (NZMS 260-G45:228639). Then directly south-east to where the Rankle Burn enters the Pomahaka River (NZMS 260-G45:275570) and following the true left bank of the Pomahaka River south and east to level with the end of Carruthers Road. Then via Carruthers, Taumata and Black Bridge Road to State Highway No. 1 and then following State Highway No. 1 to Gore and the road bridge across the Mataura River. From the bridge following the true right bank of the Mataura River south to the bridge on the Wyndham-Edendale Road. Then along Wyndham-Edendale Road through Wyndham, Wyndham-Mokoreta Road and Woods Road to the corner with Oware Road. Then directly south-east to the corner of Wyndham-Mokoreta and Scott Roads then directly south-west to the corner of Rabbidge and Stout Roads. Now follow directly south-east to the corner of Tyneholm and Gibb Roads then Gibb Road, Braid Road, Carswell Road, Waimahaka-Fortification Road, Quarry Hills-Fortification Road, Fortification-Waikawa Valley Road and Crosbie Road to the corner with Waikawa Valley Road. Then north up Waikawa Valley Road to Scrubby Hill Road, along Scrubby Hill Road to the end of Granger Road and then directly to the Otago/Southland Regional Boundary line at Trig V Black Horn (NZMS 260-G47:201996). Then follow the Regional boundary south to the coast and east and north along the coast to the mouth of the Koau Branch of the Clutha.
Hokonui
All land encompassed by the following peripheral line:
From Mandeville at the corner of the Waimea Valley Road and State Highway No. 94 along the Waimea Valley Road to the Glenure corner. Along the Josephville/Glenure Road to the junction at Josephville with State Highway No. 6 then directly to the Oreti River. Down the true left bank of the Oreti River to the bridge over the river on Benmore Road. East along Benmore Road to State Highway No. 6, briefly down State Highway No. 6 to the Benmore/Otapiri Road and along the Benmore/Otapiri Road to Calder Road. From the Calder Road Benmore/Otapiri Road intersection directly across to Blank Road, then down Blank Road to the Otapiri Road. Then via Otapiri Road, Shand Road, Otapiri Gorge Road, Browns/Otapiri Road and Hokonui School Road to where it crosses the Makerewa River. Then down the true left bank of the Makarewa River to Scott Road then along Jewitt Road and Murchison Road to State Highway No. 96. Then west along State Highway No. 96 to Rule Road and via Rule Road, Yorke Road, south down Rakahouka-Hedgehope Road to Garvie Road then Mabel-Woodstock Road east to Woodstock Road and down Horwell Road to the Old Dunedin Road. Then north-east along Old Dunedin Road to Downs Road South then via Ota Creek Road to State Highway No. 1 then south 1km down State Highway No. 1 to Coal Pit Road and Coal Pit Road to the corner of Johnston Road and directly east to the true right bank of the Mataura River. Now follow the Mataura River north to the bridge on State Highway No. 1 at Gore and then State Highway No. 1 to McKinnon Road at McNab. Then via McKinnon Road, Whiterig Road, Otamita Road and across the bridge over the Mataura River at Otamita to State Highway No. 94 then back to Mandeville at the corner of Waimea Valley Road.
Taringatura
All land encompassed by the following peripheral line:
From the bridge across the Aparima River on the Mossburn Road (near Affleck Road) at grid reference (NZMS 260-E44:349807) north along the Mossburn Road to Affleck Road then east along Castledowns Road to the Hamilton Burn-Dipton Road then south to where the road crosses the Dipton Stream. Then down the Dipton Stream to Lang Road then along Lang Road and McDonald Road to Breakneck Road. Then directly west from the corner of Breakneck and MacDonald Roads to the eastern end of Monamore Road. From there along Monamore Road to Avondale Road then south down Avondale Road to the corner of Waikana Road then directly west to the true right bank of the Aparima River at reference (NZMS 260-E45:316622) then north to the Bridge across the Aparima near Affleck Road.
Western Southland
All land encompassed by the following peripheral line:
From the summit of the Blackmount-Redcliffe Road (NZMS 260-D44:971844) then south-west to the Waiau River opposite the power station, south down the true left bank of the Waiau River to where the Oraurea River enters (NZMS 260-D45:012428) then directly to the corner of the Otautau-Tuatapere Road and Gully Road. Then south-east directly to Bald Hill (NZMS 260-D46:109363), then north-west to the corner of George Street and the Main Street in Otautau then north to Leiman Street and to the bridge across the Aparima River. Now following the true right bank of the Aparima north to the Aparima Forks at grid reference (NZMS 260-D44:151919) then directly south-west to the summit of the Blackmount-Redcliff Road.

Any animal moved in contravention of this notice may be seized by an inspector or authorised person and destroyed, treated or otherwise dealt with if it is reasonable in the circumstances to do so. The Animal Health Board may also recover the cost of testing for bovine tuberculosis pursuant to the Biosecurity Act 1993 and the Biosecurity (Deer and Other Testing Costs) Regulations 1998.
