Change of Rating—Lumley General Insurance (N.Z.) Limited

Pursuant to the Insurance Companies (Ratings and Inspections) Act 1994, Lumley General Insurance (N.Z.) Limited gives notice that its financial strength rating has been downgraded by Standard & Poor’s from “A+” to “A–”.

This is a result of the purchase of Lumley General Insurance (N.Z.) Limited’s parent company by Wesfarmers Group of Australia which itself has an “A–” rating.

An “A–” rating is defined as “strong” by Standard & Poor’s.
