approve in principle the sale of the following parcel of land currently vested in the Grey District Council, being part of the land described in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, under the description "Greymouth Harbour Lands" and being more particularly described in the Schedule set out below, subject to the consent of the Minister of Conservation being obtained to any subsequent specific agreement for sale and purchase being entered into in respect of any part of the land which the Minister has approved.
