Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Unnamed
Road off Poranui Beach Road, Birdlings Flat,
Banks Peninsula District Council
Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the
Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from
the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert,
Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road
described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB47B/481,
subject to all existing encumbrances.

(c) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in C.T. OT289/238 limited.

Reserves Act 1977
Declaration That Land is Reserve—Sports Parks, Hamilton City
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby
notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on 6 August 2003:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby
resolves that the parcels of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the
same are hereby declared to be, recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.
