acquired for a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act
1977, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the
date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Restrictions on Land for the Purposes of the
Functioning and Operation of the Former
R.N.Z.A.F. Airbase at Wigram, Christchurch

Pursuant to section 187 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
hereby revokes that part of the notice dated the 12th day of
December 1986, imposing height restrictions on the erection
or placing or extension of any building, pole, mast or other
structure of any kind, or the growing of any tree or shrub
within designated approach and take off flight paths on land
adjacent to the former R.N.Z.A.F. Base, Wigram, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 1986,
No. 205, page 5507, by excluding the following area from
the Schedule.
