Conservation Act 1987
Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes and the Conservator further declares that the conservation area be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a Government purpose (office accommodation, field base and information centre) reserve, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.

Ngāi Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust—Final List of Owners
The Ngāi Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust has applied to the Māori Land Court in Christchurch for approval of the final list of owners for the following claims:
Fenton and Customary Fishing Entitlements:
- Claim No. 3 Taerutu, Claim No. 4 Waimaiaia,
- Claim No. 5 Torotoroa and Claim No. 6 Te Aka Aka – Saltwater Creek and Ashley River Mouth, North Canterbury.
- Claim No. 10 Pukatahi and Te Houriri – Waihao River Mouth and Te Houriri Waterway, Waimate, South Canterbury.
Land:
- Claim No. 11 Wainono – being Reserve 2688 C.T. 48B/24, 1.6187 hectares – Willowbridge Road, Waimate, South Canterbury.
A copy of this final list may be inspected at any office of Te Puni Kōkiri, any Māori Land Court or at all Papatipu Marae in the South Island, and at our web site:

Road Stopped and Set Apart for Use in Connection With a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway No. 21, Airport Road, Waikato District
Pursuant to sections 116 and 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped, to remain vested in the Crown and set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
