Take notice that I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in an estate in part Section 26, Okato District, of 41 square metres, being the residue balance of land held in certificate of title TNB2/654, limited as to parcels, the registered proprietor being Okato Dairy Co-operative Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 29 August 1991 and formerly having its registered office at Okato.

And I certify that the vesting of the said property did not come to my notice until 16 September 2003.

Notice of Indemnity Given Under the Public Finance Act 1989—United Air Lines Inc

Pursuant to section 59 (2) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance gives the following notice:

“On 4 October 2003, I, The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, gave an indemnity in favour of United Air Lines Inc, under an agreement entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in right of New Zealand acting by and through the Chief of Defence Force (RNZAF) for the provision of flight training services. The indemnity will indemnify United Air Lines Inc against third party claims resulting from simulator or instructional error.”
