Notice of Granting an Open Aviation Market Licence

Pursuant to section 87U (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, notice is given that, having received an application from Royal Brunei Airlines Sdn. Bhd., of Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, has granted the airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an indefinite term with effect from 1 September 2003.

Pursuant to section 63 of the Casino Control Act 1990, the Casino Control Authority resolved on 12 September 2003, that the Rules of Casino Table Games approved to be conducted and played in the licensed casinos referred to in Schedule 2 to this notice, as set out in the editions of the New Zealand Gazette referred to in Schedule 3, be further amended as set out in Schedule 1.
