under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,

Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2003 (No. F262)

Pursuant to section 20 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in
section 21 of that Act, gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and
   Catch Histories) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2003.

(2) This notice comes into force on 30 September 2003.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, “principal notice” means the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable
   Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986 (S.R. 1986/267).

3. Total allowable commercial catch for hoki—The first Schedule to the principal notice is amended by omitting item A of
   the items relating to hoki and inserting the following item:
