Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 3 September 2003.

Fisheries (Coromandel Scallop Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2003 (No. F260)
Pursuant to section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in that section, makes the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Coromandel Scallop Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2003.
(2) This notice shall come into effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Coromandel Scallop Fishery defined—The Coromandel Scallop Fishery quota management area is the area as defined in the Fisheries (Declaration of New Stock Subject to Quota Management System) Notice 2001.

Total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery increased for 2003-04 fishing year in accordance with section 13 (7) of the Fisheries Act 1996—The total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery for the 2003-04 fishing year is increased to 93,000 tonnes meatweight.

Total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery reverts to the total allowable catch that applied at the beginning of the 2003-2004 fishing year in accordance with section 13 (8) of the Fisheries Act 1996—
--From 1 April 2004, the total allowable catch for the Coromandel Scallop Fishery reverts back to 48,000 tonnes meatweight.

Public ruling BR Pub 03/06 entitled “ ‘Cost price of the motor vehicle’ – Meaning of the term for fringe benefit tax (FBT) purposes” was issued on 4 September 2003. The ruling’s subject matter was originally contained in BR Pub 00/10 and applied from 1 November 2000 to 31 October 2003. BR Pub 03/06 applies from 1 November 2003 to 31 October 2008. It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 15, No. 9 of September 2003.
