A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 321 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993,
and in accordance with a recommendation made by the
Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The Right
Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of
New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto shall be road.

Schedule

North Auckland Land District

Part Ohauroa A2 Block, containing 3524 square metres;
shown as Section “C” on S.O. Plan 66600.

Part Karakanui A8B Block, containing 3792 square metres;
shown as Section “G” on S.O. Plan 66600.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-
General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of
New Zealand this 4th day of February 2003.

Amendment to Open Season for Game in Fish and Game Regions

The “Open Season for Game in Fish and Game Regions North Island and South Island” notice supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, Monday, 18 March 2002, No. 24, is amended at page 691 (Taranaki Fish and Game Region) by replacing the present wording under the heading “Special Paradise Shelduck and Canada Goose Season” with the following:

Areas B, C and D of the Taranaki Fish and Game Region: 1-9 March 2003 inclusive 6.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Daily Bag Limits: Paradise Shelduck 10, Canada Goose 10.
