Land Declared to be Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 60, Appleby

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be
limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited
access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Christchurch
City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road diversion and is vested in
the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road—Bealey Road, Selwyn District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of July 2003, including land acquired and declared to be road and
vested in the Selwyn District Council, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 July 2003, No. 89, page 2296, by substituting the area in the First Schedule

“0.0680 hectares”

with the area

“0.1463 hectares”.

Land Declared Limited Access Road and Land Acquired for an Easement in Gross—State Highway No. 6A, Frankton, Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant
to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and
shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 28, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into,
a right to drain and discharge stormwater easement in gross is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule
(“the easement land”) to this notice and shall vest in the Crown. The easement shall be subject to the rights and powers set out in the Third Schedule.
