Amendment to a Notice—Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations
Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice with
the above heading, dated the 23rd day of December 2002
and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 January 2003,
No. 1, page 75, by replacing the words

“Riverton District”

in the Schedule with

“Southland District”.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose
of a conservation and heritage reserve to protect the flora
and fauna, to be known as Diamond Memorial for the
common use and benefit of the owners of Waiwhatawhata B
and their descendants.

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Blocks VII and VIII,
Hokianga Survey District and described as follows:

Waiwhatawhata B and being part of the land
contained in Partition Order of the Maori Land
Court dated the 25th day of March 1958.

of an urupa, to be known as Te Puke o te Kura Urupa for
the common use and benefit of the descendants of Henare
Harding Leef.
