Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the local purpose (accessway) reserve described in the Schedule, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Tauranga District Council at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, with any net proceeds of sale to be paid into the council’s general funds.
