Corrigendum

Restoration of Companies to the Register of Companies

The following companies were returned to the Register on the 21st day of January 2003:

Cuba Investments Limited (in liquidation) 002785.

Laery Properties Limited (in liquidation) 003129.

They were incorrectly removed under section 318 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, an Act that was not applicable to them,
having been put into liquidation under the Companies Act 1955 (in its post-1 July 1994 form).

The Registrar believed that no liquidators were acting in their liquidations. However, this was not so. The liquidations remain
current.

The removals were null and void (refer Re Crott’s Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67,325) and it is proper that the Register be
corrected.
