Revocation of Reservation Over Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation revokes the reservation as a Government
purpose reserve for the purpose of the health and disability
sector and related purposes over the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and further declares that the land vests in
Capital and Coast District Health Board in fee simple.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the
Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of a
spring, for the common use and benefit of the descendants
of Marina Wharemate.
