Road Realignment—Riponui Road, Hikurangi
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA141/129, subject to memorandum of mortgage C. 581248.7.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

Road Realignment—Tauranga Eastern Arterial Road and Parton Road, Tauranga District and Western Bay of Plenty District
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Crown;
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
