Advertisement of Instrument of Dissolution

Pursuant to Section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution for Acorn Lodge No. 4 unless,

within three months from the date of the New Zealand Gazette in which this advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of Acorn Lodge No. 4 commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution and the dissolution is set aside accordingly.
