Land Transfer Act Notice

Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to note the extinguishment of a right to air easement created by memorandum of transfer 609044 in favour of (or appurtenant to) the land formerly comprised in certificate of title NA133A/638 but now recorded against Supplementary Record Sheet NA133D/272 under Body Corporate 205302, lodged under abstract 5430239.1 in the North Auckland Land District.

Such land is adjacent to other land in the registered proprietorship of the applicant that is contained in certificates of title WN41A/759 (part Lot 2, D.P. 16394, Section 51 and part Sections 32 and 34, Block X, Pohangina Survey District) and WN643/15 (Lot 1, D.P. 16394).

Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document and to note the extinguishment of the right to air easement created by memorandum of transfer 609044 upon the expiration of one month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice that an application has been lodged with me, pursuant to section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Pohangina Land Company (No.1) Limited to bring the land described below under that Act.

Please note that a certificate of title to that land may be issued and any existing estates or interests affecting that land may be extinguished unless a caveat preventing that is lodged with me on or before the 10th day of February 2003.

Application 5280476.1 by Pohangina Land Company (No.1) Limited for an estate in fee simple in:

20.6520 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 311136, being part of the former bed of the Pohangina River.

Such land is adjacent to other land in the registered proprietorship of the applicant that is contained in certificates of title WN41A/759 (part Lot 2, D.P. 16394, Section 51 and part Sections 32 and 34, Block X, Pohangina Survey District) and WN643/15 (Lot 1, D.P. 16394).
