Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 28th day of November 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NI Distributions Limited (formerly NZPA Investments Limited) be voluntarily liquidated and that Christopher J. Swann and Antony T. Evans, of T D Scott & Co, Chartered Accountants, Dunedin, be appointed liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of November 2002 at 5.00 p.m.

The company is solvent and is being wound up due to the recent sale of the assets.

The liquidator hereby fixes the 10th day of January 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993.
