Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 17th day of December 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gilren Limited be liquidated and that Lyall Walton Brown, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of December 2002 at 10.30 a.m. and is a solvent liquidation.

All creditors and shareholders of the company will be fully paid.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator of Gilren Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 15th day of January 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
