Easement Acquired for Drainage—Manawatu District

Road Realignment—Blake’s Road, Carterton District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Carterton District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 354/150, subject to mortgage No. B. 607173.3.
(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55A/137, subject to mortgage No. B. 607173.3.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55A/137, subject to mortgage No. B. 607173.3.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
