Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as an addition to a public school site over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notices described subsequently, the Acting Community Relations Manager revokes the notice headed Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve dated 15 November 2001 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 November 2001, No. 161, page 3950, and the corrigendum headed Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve dated 11 December 2001 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 December 2001, No. 170, page 4192, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in their place.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Gore District Council in such a manner, at a price, and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds Shall be Utilised

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as local purpose (7 recreation reserves and 1 reserve held in trust for utility purposes) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of by the Invercargill City Council in such a manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
