Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares
that the private land described in the Schedule be protected
private land for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions
of the Act.

situated in Block III, Whangaehu Survey District. All
certificate of title 7D/1010.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and
Manage a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of
the Boy Scouts’ Association of New Zealand to control
and manage the reserve for a Scout hall, described in the
Schedule.

2863 square metres, being Section 295, District of
Collingwood Suburban, S.O. Plan 10352. All New Zealand
