Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart for education purposes and shall remain
vested in the Crown from the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification and Naming of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in
the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified
in section 19 (1) (a) of the Act, and declares that the scenic
reserve is to be known as the Richardson Scenic Reserve.

16.4600 hectares, being Lot 3, D.P. 200386, situated in
Blocks VI and X, Wairoa Survey District. All certificate of
title 128D/816, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
