Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Paul’s School, Richmond.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 21 June 2002.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Education, Sealord House, corner of Trafalgar and Bridge Streets, Nelson.

2. The rate of levy payable under section 28 of the Alcohol Advisory Council Act 1976 for the year ended 30 June 2003 shall be as follows:

Spirits greater than 23%
28.42c/litre of alcohol
alcohol by volume
plus G.S.T.

Spirits less than 23%
5.21c/litre plus G.S.T.
alcohol by volume

Fortified wine
5.21c/litre plus G.S.T.
