Notice

1. This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Notice 2000—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“the principal notice”)*.

2. The Schedule to the principal notice is amended in respect of Area 9 – Wellington, by omitting the name and title “John Gavlin, medical practitioner of Lower Hutt” and substituting the name and title “Toni Dal Din, registered nurse of Lower Hutt”.

Notice of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

2. Product ruling No. 02/01 was issued on 24 January 2002. It relates to the establishment and continued operation of a wholesale superannuation fund known as the BNZ International Equity Index Fund. It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin Vol. 14, No. 2 of February 2002.

3. A copy of the ruling may be obtained by writing to the Assistant General Manager (Adjudication & Rulings), National Office, Inland Revenue, P.O. Box 2198, Wellington.

Notice of Withdrawal of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of withdrawal of a product ruling made under section 91FJ of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

2. Product ruling No. 01/30 is hereby withdrawn to allow for a replacement ruling to be issued taking account of the change of trustee from BNZ Investment Management Limited to TOWER Superannuation Limited.

3. Product ruling No. 01/30 related to the establishment and continued operation of a wholesale superannuation fund known as the BNZ International Equity Index Fund. It applied for the period 6 September 2001 to 30 June 2004. Notice of its making appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 November 2001. It is withdrawn on 24 January 2002.
