Declaration That Land is Reserve—Ann Street, Hamilton City
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council
hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by
the Hamilton City Council on 10 April 2002:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by
section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City
Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held
by the council in fee simple and described in the
Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby
declared to be, a local purpose (esplanade) reserve
within the meaning of the said Act.”
