HER EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 4 (1) (c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, being parts of the land referred to in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991 as the “Tauranga Harbour Lands”, to be declared reserves and classified under the Reserves Act 1977, for the purposes specified in the Schedule.

Areas Declared to be Reserve and Classified as Local Purposes (Coastal Habitat Protection) Reserves

• 3.8300 hectares, being Allotment 178, Parish of Tahawai. All certificate of title 37A/439. S.O. Plan 56104.
• 2.0931 hectares, being “Area B” on S.O. Plan 61641 and being part Lot 34, D.P. S. 41877. Part certificate of title 37C/668.
• 825 square metres, being “Area C” on S.O. Plan 61641 and being part Lot 34, D.P. S. 41877. Part certificate of title 37C/668.
• 1855 square metres, being “Area D” on S.O. Plan 61641 and being part Lot 34, D.P. S. 41877. Part certificate of title 37C/668.
• 466 square metres, being “Area F” on S.O. Plan 61641 and being part Lot 34, D.P. S. 41877. Part certificate of title 37C/668.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road and Segregation Strip—State Highway No. 1, Orewa Link Road, Rodney District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for segregation strip and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Stopping and Vesting—Adjacent to Buckley Avenue, Waitakere City

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117 (7), declares this land to be vested in Her Majesty the Queen for defence purposes.
