Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows:

A m e n d m e n t

  1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. In the Schedule after clause 7, insert:

  3. That section of State Highway No. 3 that is at Ashhurst from a point 340 metres west of York Street to a point 630 metres east of Cambridge Avenue (Route Position 474/12.8 to Route Position 474/14.1); a distance of 1.3 kilometres.

This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.

Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 2002/14: Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles on State Highways in Transit New Zealand Regions 11 and 12

Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1972, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the bylaw as follows:

A m e n d m e n t

  1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. In the Third Schedule before paragraph 10 (a), insert:

At Waikuku in Waimakariri District, from a point located 87 metres in a generally north-westerly direction from Waikuku Beach Road and extending in a generally south-westerly direction to a point approximately 40 metres in a generally south-westerly direction from Gressons Road (Route Position 311/1.27 to Route Position 311/2.21); a distance of 933 metres.

This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 3, 2002.

  2. Those localities and roads on the plan numbered LT 0209/3, entitled “Rodney District Roading Speed Restrictions at Kaukapakapa”, and held by the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority, and indicated by markings in accordance with the legend on that plan, are declared to be:

(a) closely populated localities at all times, pursuant to section 52 (1) (c) of the Transport Act 1962;

as may be ascertained from the legend.

The plan and legend are hereby incorporated into this notice.

  1. The following notice is revoked:

That part of the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice 2001* that relates to roads at Kaukapakapa.
