Road Realignment in Waitomo District—

Fullerton Road

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in
the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Waitomo
District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the
portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth and
Fifth Schedules to be stopped and, pursuant to section
120 (3):

(i) the area described in the Second Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
SA60A/10, subject to memorandum of mortgage
B536077.1;

(ii) the area described in the Third Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
SA60A/18, subject to memorandum of mortgage
B536077.1;

(iii) the area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
SA922/177; and

(iv) the area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
SA734/202.

State Highway No. 3, Mission Road,

Wanganui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway
and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Land Declared to be Limited Access Road—State

Highway No. 6, Stoke, Nelson

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be
limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of
the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road,
limited access road and State highway and shall remain
vested in the Crown.
