Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Manukau City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Far North District Council on 13 March 2002:

“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule be declared to be a local purpose (cemetery) reserve.”
