Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Under section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations Manager of the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes with effect that the land is now deemed to have been declared to be held for the purposes of a conservation park.

3.6072 hectares, more or less, being parts Lot 1, D.P. 28230 and part Lot 2, D.P. 28230. Part Northland Forest Park. Part New Zealand Gazette, 3 May 1984, page 1432.
