Civil Aviation Act 1990
Notice of Granting of an Open Aviation Market Licence
Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87U of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and granted to Asian Express Airlines Pty Limited of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, an Open Aviation Market Licence authorising the airline to operate international air services for the carriage of cargo and mail between points in Australia and points in New Zealand at such frequency as is filed with and authorised by the Secretary for Transport.
This licence was granted with effect from 26 March 2002.

I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 29 January 2002, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Hesketh Henry Solicitors Nominee Company Limited from the Register of Companies on 24 July 2001 pursuant to section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993) with rights as mortgagee under mortgage No. B. 832724.5 (as varied by variation No. C. 140064.2) registered against certificate of title 51A/389, North Auckland Land Registry.

Electricity Industry Reform Act 1998
Notice of Exemption—URBUS Property Limited
The commission, pursuant to section 81 of the Electricity Industry Reform Act 1998, exempts URBUS Property Limited (“URBUS”) from the application of section 17 of that Act in relation to prohibited cross-involvements in an electricity lines business and an electricity supply business.
The exemption is subject to the following terms and conditions, that:
(a) URBUS shall not charge any tenant it supplies with electricity, for the use of or related to, any electricity lines business that URBUS owns or operates;
(b) URBUS shall not prevent the access to its electricity lines, on reasonable terms and within a reasonable time, that any electricity supply business may require to supply electricity to any tenant connected to such lines;
(c) URBUS shall not enforce any clause in any lease or other agreement with its tenants that requires a
