Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 October 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to Gregory Flavell in respect of Te Kohanga Reo Ki Waiohewa (40198), care of Waiohewa Marae, Te Ngae, Rotorua.

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 14 March 2002.
