Re-notification of Regulation

Notice Under the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989

Pursuant to the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989, notice is hereby given of the making of Regulations as under:

The making of the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal Amendment Rules 2002 was notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 February 2002, No.18, page 555. However, the copies of the rules made available at the date of that notice were not correct copies of the rules that were made. This notice again notifies the making of the rules and replaces the previous notice in so far as the previous notice related to these rules.

Replacement copies of the rules can be obtained free of charge from Legislation Direct, P.O. Box 12-418, Wellington. Please quote the title and serial number of the rules. Replacement copies of the rules are also available free of charge over the counter at the following locations:
