Classification of Bethlehem Drainage Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga District Council declares that, pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the council, on 8 October 2001, approved the classification of the land described in the Schedule as local purpose reserve (road), subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act.
