Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Sacred Heart College, Glen Innes.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 11 February 2002.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Education, 39-45 College Hill, Ponsonby, Auckland.

Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery) Regulations 2000
Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery Annual Catch Limit) Variation Notice 2002
Pursuant to Regulation 6 (3) of the Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery) Regulations 2000, the chief executive of the Ministry of Fisheries, hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery Annual Catch Limit) Variation Notice 2002.
(2) This notice comes into effect on the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—Terms used in this notice have the same meaning as defined in the Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery) Regulations 2000.

Annual catch limit—The annual catch limit for the high seas area of the South Tasman Rise orange roughy fishery for the season that commenced on 1 March 2002 is decreased to 350 greenweight tonnes.

Date of variation—The varied annual catch limit takes effect on 8 March 2002.

Revocation—The Fisheries (South Tasman Rise Orange Roughy Fishery Annual Catch Limit) Notice 2002 (No. F212) which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 February 2002, No. 19, page 545, is revoked.
