    New Zealand.
  2. That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law

  3. That Prem Kumar pay to the Waikato Bay of Plenty

Dissolution of Board of Trustees and Appointment of Commissioner at Ngamatapouri School (2407)

Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Ngamatapouri
School (2407), and appoint
C. K. McKinnon, retired school principal
as commissioner to the school.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of
Ngamatapouri School are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication
of this notice.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary
integration agreement has been signed between the Minister
of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting
through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry
of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the
proprietor of the following school:
St Peter Chanel School, Te Rapa.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed
on 28 February 2002.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is
available for inspection without charge by any member
of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of
Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
