Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

The shareholders of National Consolidated Investments Pty Limited have requested that the Australian company be removed as a branch from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known New Zealand creditors.

Any objection to this removal, under section 341 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar not less than 3 months after the date of this notice.

Note: The company to be de-registered is not to be confused with Australian Financial Management Corporation Limited, which is a New Zealand registered company and separate legal entity.

Take notice that on Thursday, the 14th day of February 2002, an application for putting ASF Limited (formerly Tony Frost Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on Thursday, the 18th day of April 2002 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.
