Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

We advise that Bullrush Wines Limited, with registered office at Level Eight, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, has made application to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, as the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its assets in accordance with the Act.

Any objection to this removal must be made in writing, under section 321 of the Act, and delivered to the Registrar not later than the 12th day of April 2002 (being a date no less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
