pursuant to section 52 of the Judicature Act 1908, hereby
appoint sittings of the High Court for the despatch of civil

Hours of Sitting and Fixtures

  1. Subject to the direction of the Executive Judge, or the
    Presiding Judge, sittings will commence at 10.00 a.m.
    during the period stated (except on public holidays and
    during vacations).

  2. Fixtures for all business will be allocated by the
    Registrar in accordance with the rules and administrative
    directions of the Court.

Order for Forfeiture/Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to section 32 (4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975
and section 128 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was
made in the Christchurch High Court on 10 May 2002,
against Carol Anne Moore to forfeit/confiscate the following
motor vehicle:

Year: 1995

Registration No.: TI7144

Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should
contact the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the
vehicle.

This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Act 2002.
