Roadway Declared Road in the South Auckland Land District

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the Taupo Landing Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule, and appoints the Minister of Local Government to control and manage the said reserve as a recreation reserve.

2.7455 hectares, being part Section 6, Block XXXIV, Town of Taupo, situated in Block II, Tauhara Survey District.
Balance of certificate of title 14C/1198.

Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Māori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The Right Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

All those pieces of roadway being part 10B Ranginui Block, containing 296 square metres and 441 square metres; shown marked “A” and “B” respectively on S.O. Plan 59047.
