Road Realignment—Torere Road, Rangitikei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Rangitikei District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1) declares that, an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Second Schedule is acquired for road and
shall vest in the Rangitikei District Council;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) The land firstly, fourthly, sixthly, ninthly and tenthly
described shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title 17C/964, subject to mortgage
163674.2;

(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title 38D/453, subject
to mortgage B. 711549.5;

(iii) The land thirdly, fifthly and seventhly described
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of
title 209/13, subject to mortgage 418268.5, mortgage
418268.6 and mortgage B. 146830.1;

(iv) The land eleventhly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title 170/59, subject to
mortgage B. 727627.4;

(v) The land eighthly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title 224/132, subject
to mortgage 418268.5, mortgage 418268.6 and
mortgage B. 146830.1;

(d) Pursuant to section 119, the land in the Fourth
Schedule is taken as severance; and

(i) The land firstly described shall be incorporated
into certificate of title 209/13, subject to
mortgage 418268.5, mortgage 418268.6 and
mortgage B. 146830.1;

(ii) The land secondly described shall be incorporated
into certificate of title 224/132, subject to mortgage
418268.5, mortgage 418268.6 and mortgage
B. 146830.1;

(iii) The land thirdly and fourthly described shall be
incorporated into certificate of title 17C/964, subject
to mortgage 5163674.2;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
