A Proclamation

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to vest in the Far North District Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

(a) 1.0037 hectares, shown marked “D” on S.O. Plan 66203, being part Taupo 2B Block, contained in certificate of title NA29A/1247.

(b) 445 square metres (17.6 perches), shown on S.O. Plan 44975, being part Taupo No. 4 Block, contained in certificate of title NA29A/1247.

(c) 834 square metres (33 perches), shown on S.O. Plan 44975, being part Taupo No. 4 Block, contained in certificate of title NA29A/1247.

(d) 1128 square metres (1 rood 4.6 perches), shown on S.O. Plan 44975, being part Taupo No. 5 Block, contained in certificate of title NA29A/1247.

Land Declared Road—Small Road, Rodney District

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in Rodney District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
