NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Masterton District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(i) The land firstly and secondly described shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 25/57, subject to mortgage No. B. 670784.3.
(ii) The land thirdly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title No. 41D/23,
subject to mortgage No. B. 726288.3.
(iii) The land fourthly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title No. 53C/667,
subject to mortgage No. B. 726288.3.
(iv) The land fifthly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title No. 48B/585;
(c) Declares the land in the Third Schedule to this notice
to be taken, under section 119 (1), and shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title 25/57 subject to mortgage
No. B. 670784.3;
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand
Gazette.
