Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in the Waitaki District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule

as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in the Waitaki District Council in trust for that purpose.
